  • Message from the Chairman of Selectors - Monday, 23 January 2012
    We had another good week of results on Saturday for the Club, with 5 sides winning.

    The Ollie award this week went to;
    D Scott, K Cormick, K Taylor, J Neagle, with plus 22.

    Top 3 rinks were;
    D Scott, plus 22
    R Hin, plus 18
    M Milligan, plus 16.

    Last week 2 members reached their 200th game, congratulations to; Trevor Ford, and Drew Pallot.
    Congratulations also to Mary Warr, for reaching her 100th game for the club.

    With the finals almost upon us, the need for practice is essential to prepare us for the games ahead, and to ensure our form and confidence.
    I hope to see many more members practicing each week.

    You may see a number of changes, as we head towards the finals. Some of you may not be aware that it is necessary for players to be qualified to play finals, so the Committee is watching this very closely, to ensure that only qualified players are selected for each team.

    Good bowling this Saturday.
